Position Overview
As a Sales Manager for Precision Agriculture, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and enhancing brand visibility. This position involves close collaboration with various departments and requires frequent travel within Ireland, with occasional international trips.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives
• Promote and sell precision agriculture solutions from Topcon (Digi-Star, RDS Technology), FarmDroid and our range of partners.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealers, and OEMs to grow IAM’s market share.
• Oversee delivery and support of products, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Provide transparent reporting, accurate forecasts, and budget oversight.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and support activities that increase customer visibility.
Skills and Qualifications
• Degree or higher and at least 3 years of experience in agribusiness.
• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage relationships and processes effectively.
• High PC proficiency (MS Office), attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
