A Showcase of Agricultural Excellence at the National Ploughing Championships
IAM Agricultural Machinery recently had a highly successful experience at this year’s National Ploughing Championships. Held over three days with beautiful weather, the event was a remarkable opportunity for us to connect with both existing and potential customers, as well as our valued machinery dealers. Our largest display to date featured leading machinery from brands such as Bomford Turner, FarmDroid, Strautmann, Hardi and Rabe which drew significant attention and positive feedback.
Introducing the Bomford Turner Hurricane
One of the highlights was the introduction of the Bomford Turner Hurricane, a powerful and durable machine that was displayed in Ireland for the first time at the National Ploughing Championships. Its impressive features, including Grade 80 heat-treated steel chains, a reinforced top deck, and heavy-duty lifting chains, attracted a lot of interest from attendees, especially given its strength, safety, and ease of use. A big shoutout to David and Tom from Bomford Turner Ltd for joining us throughout the week, providing valuable insights into the capabilities of their equipment.
Showcasing Strautmann Machinery
Additionally, we showcased a wide range of Strautmann machinery, including the Magnon 8 370 compact forage wagon and a variety of Verti-Mix diet feeders designed for winter feeding. Visitors appreciated the quality and performance of these machines, which offer superior harvesting capabilities, high loading capacities, and precise feed mixing.
The Revolutionary FarmDroid FD20
The FarmDroid FD20, a revolutionary sowing and weeding robot, was another highlight of the event. This fully automatic, CO2-neutral robot sparked significant interest as a sustainable and efficient solution for reducing labour costs and pesticide use in farming. We would like to extend a big thank you to Rasmus from FarmDroid for being on hand to discuss this innovative technology with our visitors.
Celebrating 40 Years with Hardi Sprayers
In celebration of our 40-year partnership with Hardi Sprayers, we also displayed a wide range of Hardi sprayers, known for their precision and reliability in agricultural spraying. A special thanks to Peter from HARDI for joining us and sharing his expertise on the latest advancements in sprayer technology.
Looking Forward to Next Year
