High-positioned reinforced driving system

Driving system through helical pinions

For tractor powers up to 350 HP. More contact surface area between pinions. Pinions are always in touch: better torque output. Smoother driving –> less vibrations, less noses. Industrial type assembly.

Mounting with double taper rollers.

Resistant to stones. No deformation problem.

Reinforced assembly with gear teeth at shaft end and on pinion, to let a
maximum of power come through. Single system and high technology

One-piece gear housing (tube)

8mm thick. Rigidity and robustness.

Lower link hitch cat. II& III. Depth adjustment ofthe hitch positions.

Wrap around protection bar at front(option) No stone jamming under the gear housing.
Efficient protection of bearings. The volume of earth is obliged to pass through the rotors.

Rear three-point linkage reinforced with single-acting central ram (option). Multi-position arms, with height and depth adjustment.  High lift capacity (over 2 Tonnes) on the whole ram stroke.

Suspended gear housing. The stone protection spring operates as a saftey device against obstacles (option). When tripping, the gear housing releases, taking support on the roller.
