Chassis

Chassis is made made in high tensile steel; the basis of a long lasting sprayer. The design ensures the weight is close to the tractor and has a low centre of gravity.  Integrated support legs stabilise the sprayer safely on the ground when not in use. Superb surface treatment.The pump is mounted on the rear frame of the chassis, providing easy service access.

Quick Hitch

The Quick Hitch (cat.II) is an integrated part of the chassis and is a valued standard feature. The Quick Hitch ensures easy and safe attachment to the tractor. To secure the sprayer attachment, the Quick Hitch is locked by safety hooks at the lower attachment points.

Main Tank

1000 l, 1200 l, 1500 l and 1800 l tank volume. Deep sump ensures complete emptying of the tank – also on slopes. Durable polyethylene. Chemical resistant & UV stabilised. Large dry sight tank level indicator. Top suction to avoid spilling by suction filter cleaning. Large easy accessible tank lid.

Rinse Tanks & Clean Water Tanks

80 l RinseTanks (one or two) are integrated into the sprayer’s design to allow safe and efficient cleaning in the field.                                                                                                                                 Clean water tanks

EVC Operating Unit.

The EVC electric controls feature remote-controlled section valves and pressure regulator. Section valves are fitted with a constant pressure device and a pressure drop line. Ability shut off individual sections and maintain accurate application rates.   Vital parts of the EVC control unit are completely sealed off from the liquid.

External Cleaning

Hose reel with 20 m hose and spray guns. The sprayer can be cleaned in the field.

Manifold System

MANIFOLD fluid system – perfect layout and user friendly color-coded valves.The MANIFOLD valves operate all the fluid system functions on the sprayer and are easily reached and logically incorporated into the MASTER design.

HARDI diaphragm pump- – the heart of the sprayer

The pump is self- priming, can run dry with no damage of the pump, can rotate clockwise and counter clockwise, has a dry sump to simplify maintenance and requires no special tools for servicing.

AutoSlant

HARDI AutoSlant system will control automatically the height and slant functions of the boom. This gives the driver a much easier control of the boom and the result will be a better spray application. It is a simpler system of the proven HARDI AutoHeight. MB Boom

Well-proven and very robust boom. Available in a boom width of 12 m. Manually folded with hydraulic boom height adjustment that requires one single-acting tractor outlet.Trapeze suspension for self-stabilisation of the boom.Boom lock between intermediate and outer boom sections ensures optimal boom stability. An adjustable spring-loaded breakaway protects the boom from accidental collisions.Single SNAP-FIT nozzle holders with diaphragm check valves are standard on the MB booms.

PRO Booms

The PRO boom is designed and manufactured utilising our knowledge and experience as the world’s leading sprayer specialist. The boom offers every conceivable facility to meet different spraying requirements.
The PRO VP booms 20 to 28 m have integrated AntiYaw damper on the boom wings.

Available in two hydraulic versions:
 Y version: Operated by tractor hydraulic outlets-one single-acting and one double-acting outlet are required. (12 – 18 m).

Z version: Operated by direct hydraulics (DH) – One double-acting outlet is required for 7 different operations, and 1 single-acting outlet for lifting the boom.
Z version offers several facilities such as reduced folding, single-side folding and individual boom tilt.

HC 9600

Full control – integrated electronics.Colour screen with excellent readability in sunlight and darkness.All the main spraying functions are operated with the finger-tip multifunction joystick in conjunction with HC 9500 12.1” touchscreen spray controller.ISOBUS compatibility- HC 9600 offers compatibility with the ISO 11783 (ISOBUS) Virtual Terminal Standard, so the HC 9600 could also operate as the HC 6500. The complete integration of all important information on one work screen, including AutoSteer, AutoHeight, AutoSectionControl, as well as guidance and dosing. Easy to read graphical interface whcih easily shows you your boundaries and your already sprayed areas.

HC 8600

Compatibility with the ISO 11783 (ISOBUS) Virtual Terminal Standard.Complete integration of all important information on one work screen . 4” colour touch screen display with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. Comes with HARDI Joystick GRIP . Full-featured precision farming tool for guidance, data logging, automated functions and more.

Spray Rover 570 & Auto Section Control

The SprayRover 570 is a stand-alone Auto Section Control which can work in combination with the well-known HC 5500 controller. The 5.7” (14.5 cm) colour touchscreen display has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It can be used in 2D or 3D graphic. The SprayRover 570 offers Guidance with five different guidance modes.
