Below is a video guide on the how to Calibrate the Automatic Charging System for your Strautmann Forage CFS Wagon.

There are 6 steps involved when carrying out the Calibration of the Automatic Charging System.

Hold the SET key down to enter the set-up menu.

Press the Automatic Charging System key. The display shows Auto KAL.

A Second person in the cargo space swivels the sensing band to the top position which shall be the start position for the transport floor running at maximum feed rate

Press the Automatic Charging System key again and then STOP. A horn sounds.

The person in the cargo space swivels the sensing bands from the bottom to the the top position to check the settings.

Depending on the sensing band position, the value on the display should raise from 0 to 100 and then drop back to 0.
