Strautmann TS Muck spreader

Strautmann TS Muck spreader range is the beginning of Strautmann series of flatbed muck spreaders with two upright vertical spreading beaters, larger tyres, and lower loading heights. The new range complements Strautmann already extensive range of mucks spreaders

The TS Muck spreader range has a particularly robust design, due to the tapered side panels with fully welded side posts and is fitted with 16 mm thick round steel chains with a breaking load of 28 tons. The TS 140 & 160 Muck spreaders have a loading capacity of 14m3 and 16m3 respectively and is fitted with BPW axle with a cross-section of 120x120mm and 410 x 120 mm.

The heart of the TS Muck spreader range is the new wide-angle spreading unit with two beaters arranged horizontally in combination with two spreading discs. With a diameter of 620mm, a 12mm thick milling tines and 920mm large spreading discs the spreading unit ensures reliably distribution of spreading material. All wearing parts of the spreading unit are made of Hardox and are reversible to increase service life and reduce maintenance costs.

The spreading beaters are powered via a cardan drive with large-sized gearboxes, ensuring particularly smooth running and minimising wear in the drive. The entire power train is protected via a cam-type cut-out clutch with 1800Nm.

Optional universal spreading unit with Hardox wearing parts and Hydraulic cover of spreading unit. Plastic lining and adjustable passage enables the adoption to different spreading materials (on the universal spreading unit)
Robust BPW single axle
Large tyres with a diameter of more than 2 m possible.
