Integrated TurboFiller is standard on COMMANDER.The deflector plate in the bottom of the induction bowl creates a rotating stream, which in combination with the powerful suction secures a high mixing capacity. By feeding the rotating stream from the bottom, the TurboFiller will never blog. Large external ejector system creates a powerful vacuum that transfers powders and liquid directly into the tank. The sturdy lid can be used as work table. Rotating nozzle used for cleaning containers and the Filler itself. The nozzle has a point that can penetrate the seal on most chemical containers. All primary functions needed to operate the sprayer when filling or cleaning have been built into two handles located in the center of the work zone. The logically placed handles and the easy to read colour coded icons make the system very easy to understand and operate. Greatly reduces the start-up and operation time of the sprayer.

What is DynamicFluid4:
DynamicFluid4 is developed in terms of a faster regulation with highest possible accuracy.
The new liquid system works with a fast “feed forward” regulation valve to deal with all the challenges forced by tractor transmissions with stepless speed changes and the automatic ON/OFF functionality of modern sprayers.
The regulation valve is programmed to scope with different driving behaviours.
The regulation concept is designed with 4 different sensors. Together with the high precision, the 4 sensors are working as backup for each other. This results in high level of security and built-in reliability.

The selection of features and the layout of the boom structure are targeted to perform at high driving speed and high performance at boom widths of 24-39 m. The TERRA FORCE boom is offering outstanding strength, performance and capacity. A 3-dimensional boom structure with a layout for only pushing and pulling forces secures optimal strength.
High performing yaw dampening: Hydro-pneumatic dampers combined with 4 polyurethane dampers give stability and minimum stress when turning and also for acceleration and deceleration. Partial fold and tilt suspension are options which secure optimal performance and flexibility. TERRA FORCE is available from 36-42 m.
TERRA FORCE booms are available on COMMANDER 5500 and 7000 l.

TERRA FORCE offers the ultimate in robustness and performance.
DynamicCenter has manual adjustment of the centre characteristics. The setting is done on-the go from the cabin. It will change the boom from being 10% sprayer following (pendulum like) to be 80% sprayer following.
Partial fold and tilt suspension are options which secure optimal performance and flexibility.
Optional AutoTerrain is an automatic boom management system which works and reacts on both boom movements and twisting forces on the boom. This allows the AutoTerrain to be proactive and react on the cause more than on the symptom.
High performance yaw dampening is supplied by a double acting hydraulic damper.
Wide Paralift is hydraulically suspended.

The 18-24 m DELTA boom is a compact high-performing boom built for the very demanding user. The boom has highly advanced suspension features, which in combination with the 3-dimensional boom design ensures most accurate application.
DELTA booms are only available on COMMANDER 3300 and 4500 l.
The centre section with coil spring pendulum and telescopic dampers absorbs the movements caused by the tractor and the trailer. The hydraulically activated pendulum lock stabilizes the boom whilst folding or unfolding.
An anti-yaw system dampens the forward and backward horizontal movements as well as any horizontal shock load.

AutoTerrain works with 5 ultrasonic sensors and three gyro sensors. Ultrasonic sensors are located at a given distance on the boom and measure the height of the crops multiple times per second.
The gyro sensors measure the boom, center part and the chassis angle. The information from the sensors is analyzed and processed in the AutoTerrain software – and the necessary corrections on the boom slant and tilt cylinders are quickly made, before the boom is getting out of balance or getting away from the measured crop height.
AutoTerrain maintains the set boom height following the ground like a magnet regardless of the terrain it travels across. This solution is gaining a lot of acceptance in broad-acre circles.
AutoTerrain is working with proportional hydraulics for precise and smooth control without jerks and hard movements.
If the computer system fails, the boom will continues in manual mode, providing increased reliability.
AutoSelect gives increased flexibility
HARDI introduces an air-driven nozzle concept at Agromek 2016, where the sprayer driver can change between 2 nozzles or use both at the same time. You can use one type of drift reducing nozzle at the headland or at sensitive buffer zones and a “conventional” flat fan nozzle or low drift nozzle in the field. The sprayer driver may also consider the wind conditions and change nozzle if it blows more than when the nozzle was chosen at the start of spraying.
Change between 4 different functions can take place:
Good at changes of speed
If very big changes of the speed are needed, AutoSelect can automatically and quickly change between two nozzle sizes so the work of the individual nozzle is taken over by a bigger nozzle at increased speed and does not have to work in the outer areas for pressure or flow. This gives a better spray quality and a better application.
Changes of dosage during spraying
If you have to change the dosage in the field, this can be done by changing to a more suitable nozzle “on the go” without compromising on quality. AutoSelect is very identical with the set-up of the PrimeFlow which HARDI has so far offered the market and is not a replacement for PrimeFlow. 9 or 13 sections are possible. AutoSelect works with air pressure, and if you have a pneumatic braking system on your tractor, the air pressure source is secured.

Carbon-fiber helps the boom in many areas, primarily due to the low weight and the stiffness of the material which is one of its most distinguished strengths. The lower weight means that the center part gets fewer forces to control when the boom must be precisely controlled above the crop on rough ground. It is not much use to have a low weight, if there are an increased number of boom movements to be “tamed” in the anti-yaw damper and the center part; this will give a deteriorated spraying result.

The HARDI COMMANDER i sprayer can be operated with a virtual ISOBUS terminal. The customer can order an intelligent HARDI sprayer and use the intelligent functions like AutoWash and PrimeFlow direct from his own ISOBUS terminal.
To make the complex sprayer operation easier, the proven HARDI GRIP will be delivered with the COMMANDER i sprayer so all primary spray functions, such as on/off and section switches as well as the hydraulic operation can easily and safely take place by means of a joystick. Also a SetBox will be used to operate sprayer specific equipment as TWIN air assistance or SafeTrack steering directly.
Integrated AutoSectionControl
If the existing Virtual terminal has an automatic section control, following the de-fined task controller function of the ISOBUS standard, for example the John Deere Sprayer Pro, the ISOBUS terminal can operate the distribution valves of the COMMANDER, so the customer does not need a separate HARDI AutoSec-tionControl.
Updating
Existing COMMANDER i sprayers can be updated to an ISOBUS sprayer. That is also possible for sprayers which will now be ordered with the HARDI CONTROLLER 6500. The customer only has to buy the ISOBUS bridge, so the ISOBUS terminal can communicate with the HARDI jobcom.

AutoSectionControl is a fully automatic GPS based system that opens and closes booms sections as necessary. ASC automatically records the area sprayed and in a typical situation where the headland is sprayed first, ASC automatically closes the sections if the operator passes over a sprayed area.

AutoAgitation consists of an electrically operated flow valve and tank content sensor.
